The role:
- Source and introduce high quality new business through the development of relationships with clients and/or intermediaries and other professional contacts
- Develop and promote products and services to clients, intermediaries and other third parties
- Develop strategy to expand sales and delivery of fiduciary products, and in particular the Group’s special trust vehicles, in addition to the sales of companies.
- Undertake presentations at seminars and conferences to appropriate intermediaries and prospective clients
You will ideally have:
- Awareness of taxation issues in the UK, the USA and other major onshore jurisdictions and have a good understanding of the principles of world wide tax planning
- A good understanding of Trust Law (how a trust is established, administered and dissolved) and of company law (how a company is incorporated, managed and liquidated)
